1The recommended filter replacement period is based on standard usage conditions. In cases where the filter lifespan is affected by external factors (e.g. poor water quality, abnormal usage or environmental conditions), additional filters may be provided and replaced as needed, without affecting the standard replacement cycle. We reserve the right to charge for any additional filters provided due to such factors beyond the standard replacement cycle.
*The 3+2 plan carries a minimum obligation period of 3 years, with an optional 2 year extension during which the product may be returned without penalties. While the 5 year, 7 year, and 9 year plans are full-term obligations, and early terminations will result in penalties.
