Direct Debit Service Enhancement

As part of our continued efforts to better serve you, Coway will be enhancing our auto debit service from the existing Autopay method to a new platform called Direct Debit (“Enhancement Exercise”).

Please be advised that the Enhancement Exercise includes changing of our customer existing Autopay registration to Direct Debit, which also involves transferring customer’s personal information to the new system. This Enhancement Exercise may involve Coway and your bank to disclose to such appointed party[ies] any personal information contained in existing Coway Bank Autopay Service application form.

Please rest assured that all commercial arrangements such as fees and charges, payment instruction(s) and the relevant debiting account are remained the same. We will still make effect the transactions and/or request for payment from your existing authorized account number(s) according to the mandate given.
