As for your information, our Coway Technician (CT) will be the person who do the product installation for you. Beside this, they will be the one who do the after service (A/S) for you too, e.g. relocation or any trouble shooting for your product.


MUST-KNOW Things As For Your Safety

Water Filtration Device
•
The water filtration system only use in indoor. Keep the water filtration system out of direct sunlight. The sun’s heat may distort non-metallic part and may damage the electronics.
 
•
Do not install the water filtration system where it could freeze. Freezing damage is not covered by the warranty.
 
•
Keep the water filtration system away from place being humid and dust rising place to avoid electric shock and fire.
 
•
If the water pressure at house is over the maximum working pressure of the water filtration system (referring to the rating plate), install a pressure reducing valve in the water supply line.
 
•
Only connect the water filtration system to cold water pipe. Do not run hot water over 40℃ through it. It will defect the filters of the water filtration system.
 
•
Periodical filter replacement is prerequisite for getting clean water. In case filters are overused, the performance of filters is deteriorated. Therefore, do not miss the time of filter replacement.
 
•
When water is stored or the product is not in use for a long time, drain all the water in the storage tank before use.
 
•
Do not repair, disassemble, or modify. Fire and/or electrical shock may occur as a result. For repair, contact your dealer of purchase or A/S center.
 
•
Install it more than 10cm away from the wall for normal operation of compressor.
 
•
After installed, moved, and severely shaken, about 30minutes are needed for stabilization of the compressor before using the product.
 
•
The temperature of hot water is over 90℃. Therefore, be careful not to get bumed by the hot water.
 
•
Do not allow the foreign or unexpected material into the storage tank. The filtered water in the storage tank may be deteriorate as a result.
 
•
Immediately plug out in the case of a smoke or smell of fire to call to A/S center. Electric shock or fire may occur as a result.
   
•
Plug out and call to A/S center in the case of any water leakage from the product.
 
•
The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision; Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
 



Air Purifier
• Never splash the air cleaner with water to avoid the risk of electric shock.
 
•
To avoid fire hazard, never put the cord under rugs and near heat resistors, radiator, stoves, or heaters.
 
•
Keep the air cleaner out of direct sunlight. The sun's heat may distort non-metallic parts and may damage the electric components.
 
•
It should be installed more than 20㎝ away from walls or objects, and more than 30 ~ 60㎝ low from the ceiling. If it is too close to walls or objects, it could cause contamination in the surroundings.
 
•
Do not install the air cleaner on the inclined place and let it fall or impact. It may cause a breakdown by an electric shock.
 
•
Please have the unit serviced by the A/S center if it makes smoke or a noise.
 
•
Do not put glasses, metals, others on the unit.
 
•
Do not block the filter cover, the ventilation inlet or outlet with a paper or a cloth. It may cause the
lower performance of the product, or the fire.
 
•
Do not let kids climb and hang on the air cleaner.
 
•
Do not put acute objects such as a gimlet in sensors of the unit.
 
•
Never use and put the flammable gas or inflammable materials near the air cleaner.
 
•
Never soak the unit in the water.
 
•
Do not modify, disassemble, or repair this appliance by yourself.
 
•
Do not wipe this appliance with benzene or paint thinner. Do not use aerosol sprays near this appliance.



Bidet

1. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
 
A ground fault circuit interrupter must be installed in the circuit that supplies power to this product.
   
2. Installation Location
 
This product is manufactured for personal use. Do not install this product in a public facility. In order to avoid damage to electronic components, prevent the surface of this product from getting wet by drops, splashes of water or direct sunlight. Also in case it is installed in extremely humid place such as bathroom, Please provide adequate ventilation by operating ventilator or opening a window.
   
3. Power Supply
 
This product is for use on nominal 120V power. Use a 120V, 60Hz Power source. The maximum power consumption is 850W. Electrical power outlet must meet these conditions.
   
4. Installation Accessories
 
Remove the parts from the product carton and make sure all of the parts in the part list (below) are present. Carefully inspect the parts and do not install the product if any parts are damaged or missing. If any part is damaged or missing, do not install the product. Contact the store where you purchased from or call customer service for the replacement parts. This product carton should contain the following parts.(see page 13)
   
5. Grounding
 
This product must be grounded, in the event of an electrical short circus, ground reduces the risk of electrical hazards by providing an escape wire for the electric current. The power cord has grounding wire and a three-blade grounding plug.(shown below) Do not use an adapter with the product's power plug, or use any other methods to connect the plug to an improperly configured outlet. The Power source to which the product connected must be 120V , 60Hz with an minimum current rating of 10A. The outlet must be properly installed and grounded, and have three slot receptacle (shown bellows) If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a three wire extension cord that has a three-blade grounding plug. The extension cord must be rated 120V, 10A.
