Ownership Shift After 5 years' of usage, customer is entitled the right to obtain the product ownership.

Economic Service Fee after 5 years Customer able to remain Premium Service by joining Membership Service Program.
• Premium Membership : Same condition with Rental Service / 30-40% lower than Rental fee
• Regular Membership : Free Filter Change and part (Less than RM50) 60-70% lower than Rental Fee
Other Discount Customer still can get discount benefits as below:
• Pre payment for 1 year's Rental fee : 5% Discount • More than 5 units of Rental : up to 20% Discount for Registration Fee
What about after 5 years?
Not to worry! Coway has prepared options for the Rental Customer to choose of the most preferable option after 5 years of Rental period in order to continue use of Coway Product.
