Happy Call is known as service inspector. They supervise and monitor the quality of service team and provide solutions to serve our customer better.

Since Coway Korea (HQ) has emphasized and concentrated to establish the highest quality of Service from its foundation, Coway Malaysia has set centralized Training system in KL and has operated various training for Service staffs. At the same time, Coway management always keep monitoring the status of service quality and is trying to upgrade service manpower and customer care system. That's why what Happy Call is about.

Coway has various channel to collect Customer’s opinion, suggestion and complain. The representative channel is Happy Call which is conducted after service such as installation, before service, after service etc. Coway always listen customer’s valuable feed back and ready to improve any incorrect service. Besides it, Coway also has other channels such as Customer Service Hot-line (1-800-888-111), Online Help Desk form and direct advise to Service staffs.
